Your vacate cleaning service is covered by a 72-hour guarantee. The cleaners will re-clean all the areas, which did not meet your landlord’s expectations, within this timeframe.

No. As long as entry to the property has been arranged beforehand, there is no need for you to be at home during the service. We can pick up the keys from your landlord or lease agency, as long as they're not more than 5 km away from the property. You can leave the keys with a neighbour or you can even leave them in a safe place for the cleaners. We can notify you before and after the service and give you information during the process. However, we do recommend that you inspect the house/flat before the cleaners leave to ensure that you are satisfied with the service.

The bond cleaning service is designed specifically to ensure the secure retrieval of a rental deposit. However, you can still benefit from a thorough clean of your property by booking our one-off deep cleaning service (pre-sale clean), which is hourly based. It is really up to you whether you wish to pay per the hour or per job.

Of course. We can be of assistance for any multiple property owners, whether they are rental investors or property developers. Preferential rates may apply.

Our working hours are 8 am until 6 pm Mon-Fri. You can also book appointments beyond these hours, but additional charges may apply, especially for evening bookings.

Yes, the fridge/freezer must be defrosted 24 hours prior to the cleaning service. That way, the cleaners will be able to clean it thoroughly. Please note that fridge/freezer cleaning is not included in the end of lease cleaning service and you will pay extra if you request the service.

It would be great if you could arrange free parking in front of, or close to, the property. The cleaners come with lots of detergents and heavy equipment. If that is not possible, the parking fee will be included in the end price for the service.
 
The cleaning service includes wall dusting and removing cobwebs. The cleaners can treat stains and spots upon request at an extra cost. You can book wall spot cleaning per wall or as a package covering the whole property. We wash walls with bleach and sugar soap. Please advise us if we can't use these products on the wall.  
The bond cleaners will clean the window frames, sills and tracks as part of the end of lease service. If you want the windows cleaned outside as well, you will pay an additional charge. However, please bear in mind that the windows must be accessible from the outside.
Yes, we require full payment to book the job and secure your appointment. This allows us to allocate the necessary resources for your project and ensures that we can accommodate your specific needs. We accept various payment methods, including credit card, OSKO, and electronic funds transfer (EFT), to make the process as convenient as possible for you.
The cleaners come fully equipped with cleaning detergents and machines. All they need to complete the service is electricity and running water.
The end of lease cleaning service is not time-based. The cleaners will stay on the property until everything covered from the package is left sparkling clean. For small properties, the service usually takes 6-7 person hours, for bigger ones it can take 10-12 person hours. The service price is discussed before the service. You can also book additional services to go with the package in case you missed anything on the initial booking.
Most of the cleaning teams comprise two cleaners. It depends on the size of the property. Once we have the information about the size of the property, we’ll make sure to send the right team for the job. We can arrange four or five cleaners for bigger jobs to ensure the job is completed that day.

Carpets and rugs will be vacuumed thoroughly as part of the cleaning service. However, if you want them to be steam cleaned or stain treated you need to request it as this is not a part of the standard bond cleaning package and an additional cost will apply.

For standard types of fabric, we use the hot water extraction method and use powerful equipment to ensure the best results. Firstly, the cleaners will vacuum the carpet and pre-treat any stains. After that, they proceed with steam cleaning. You will get a receipt as proof for the landlord and the property manager.

Our end-of-lease bond cleaning package is designed to cover all the essential cleaning tasks required to meet the standards of most lease agreements. However, there are a few things that are generally not included in the package but can be added as an optional extra, including exterior window cleaning, full wall wash or carpets, deep cleaning of blinds, and removal of specialised or hazardous waste. We understand that every property has unique cleaning needs, and therefore we give our clients the option to customise their cleaning package through our online form, ensuring that all their specific requirements are met.

We consider the stovetop, range hood, and dishwasher all as part of the kitchen however as some people prefer to eat out these days we have chosen to make the oven optional. 

This is highly unlikely to happen, but in case the cleaners miss some areas that should have been cleaned, we’ll arrange a re-clean free of charge. You should inspect the property and any problems should be reported within 72 hours after the initial cleaning.

The cleaning teams are fully insured, so if any accident happens you’ll be compensated accordingly.

The cleaning team usually starts at 8 am. However, other arrangements are possible if you have special requests.

The chandeliers can be dusted upon request. Ceiling cleaning is not included in the standard package. The cleaners can give you a quote for the service on-site, depending on the condition of the ceilings.

We understand that our clients have busy schedules and sometimes require cleaning services on weekends or public holidays. While we have excellent relationships with most real estates in the area, allowing us to schedule cleanings during regular business hours, there are instances when cleaning services are needed on weekends.

We want to ensure that our clients receive the same exceptional quality of service, even on weekends. Therefore, we do charge an additional fee for cleaning services provided on Saturdays and Sundays, as our cleaners earn a higher hourly rate during these times.

On Saturdays, the rate is increased by 1.6 times the regular rate, and on Sundays, the rate is increased by 1.8 times the regular rate. This adjustment in pricing allows us to employ talented and dedicated cleaners who are willing to accommodate our client's needs outside of regular business hours.

Rest assured, our cleaning team remains committed to delivering top-notch service, regardless of the time or day. Our goal is to prioritize your convenience and satisfaction while maintaining the level of excellence we are known for.

All of the prices include GST, the cost of detergents and equipment. The only thing that may come on top of the price is the parking fee. That’s why we ask you to arrange free parking, if possible.

Yes, all cleaners pass a professional training program with our quality control managers to ensure qualified service.

Mould removal is a separate service and we can give you a quote on-site, after a thorough inspection of the property’s condition. Mould in the silicone in bathrooms cannot be cleaned and should be replaced instead.

The cleaners will dust all light fittings in the property as a part of the standard cleaning package. If you want them to be wiped thoroughly, you should take them down and the cleaners will clean them.
