  • The property needs to be free of personal belongings. If someone is still living at the property or if there are any personal items (except furniture) we cannot perform the service
  • Running water and electricity must be available at the property.

End of lease cleaning can take anywhere from a few hours to a full day depending on the extent of cleaning required.
